The two years of pandemic life caused by COVID-19 were beyond chaotic for real estate, especially in NYC, the most intimidating housing market in the most populated city in the USA. StreetEasy, the go-to place for New York residents to rent a home, approached us to create a New York City-centric campaign about how they not only help renters but also buyers and sellers. As we concepted, we quickly related real estate in the city to a game, one that everyone must play, no matter where they are in their real estate journey.
To bring the campaign to life, we partnered with iconic artist and native New Yorker, Jon Contino, who helped us create a vintage yet timeless board game campaign that let residents know the game of real estate is possible to win.
